Consultation Services
We provide consultation services prior to the installation. We meet with the client and discuss their goals and plan for the space. We then confirm that the installation area is compatible with the intended layout, and offer alternative solutions if changes are needed. Design services are available, and our skilled staff can create a refined rendering in AutoCAD to help better visualize the space. Once a layout is confirmed, we can help finalize the equipment order. |
Installation Process
Before traveling to the site, we manage the logistics of your equipment installation by arranging the transportation of the materials to the location. Once we arrive on site, we will install the equipment start-to-finish. We begin by delivering all the units to their proper location, unpacking the units, and beginning installation. After the installation is complete, we dispose of all packaging material and clean the equipment and installation area before inspection. |
Repair and Support
Even after we leave, you still have access to our repair and maintenance services. We offer annual maintenance check-ups on all of our installations, in which we travel to the site and check the equipment to make sure it is working correctly. We are also available for assistance on the phone, online, or in-person at any time should you need replacement parts or need help with a repair. |
